Position Summary:
The Data Validation (DV) - Senior Coordinator will conduct quality validation activities to ensure data for fulfillment triggers of print materials meet regulatory requirements and accuracy standards. The Data Validation - Senior Coordinator will also work with other team members to incorporate quality enhancements from further downstream in the communications process.

This role involves a significant amount of data review, root cause analysis, and solution recommendation. Considerable independent judgment and prioritization are needed to make decisions in carrying out assignments with significant impact on services to members. The Data Validation - Senior Coordinator will conduct data validation on inputs that trigger member communications including identifying high risk data files.

Other responsibilities include:

- Ensuring data files are produced in accordance with approved business logic rules.
- Assisting in developing standards for data file quality validation.
- Evaluate whether communication data inputs fulfill requirements, resolve issues efficiently, and work with stakeholders on issue escalation when adjustments are necessary.
- Developing a strong working knowledge of Member Communications Operations processes including implemented technology.
- Reviewing and making recommendations on standardized processes across the team to continuously drive to better on-time and on-budget outcomes.
- Ensuring that all communication data inputs are evaluated with consistency, reliability and accountability for clients and members

Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of overall related experience of Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines for Medicare Part D enrollment processes or previous work experience in regulatory environment
- Software proficiency covering a variety of applications with emphasis on member enrollment systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Access
- Experience with handling privacy/confidentiality—physical and electronic security of Protected Health Information (PHI)

- Demonstrated desire to take ownership of projects in order to see them to successful execution
- Familiarity with data encryption, data cleansing, or auditing
- Ability to work weekends and holidays when needed
- Experience with the health care industry and insurance or other regulatory requirements, particularly around Medicare Part D, a STRONG plus Experience.

Education:
High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors degree in Marketing preferred
