1. DATA ANALYSIS: a. Performs data analyses to support organizational initiatives, to include marketing acquisition and conversion, fundraising, and business process improvements. b. Develops dashboards, queries, and reports in Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Abila's netFORUM AMS platform. c. Supports ongoing efforts to mature CFP Board's existing data warehouse structure and establish real time Business Intelligence capabilities throughout the organization. 2. PROJECT SUPPORT: a. Develops a thorough understanding of business processes and develops rapport with business units throughout the organization. b. Uses consultative approach to evaluate business unit needs, research common industry practices, and provide input on technological tools and process improvements. Supports ongoing initiatives to optimize departmental business processes through requirements gathering and testing activities. c. Supports development of new and revised business applications by performing database design and modifications. Coordinates and integrates third-party software with existing applications and database systems. 3. OPERATIONS: a. Maintains and upgrades database processes. Creates stored procedures, SSIS packages, views, tables, and other database objects, as well as other tasks associated with the database transaction logic to maintain and enhance application performance. b. Troubleshoots and resolves issues reported by CFP Board staff related to: report functionality, database access issues, billing
