The Team Members at the RDC facility are responsible for moving product throughout the building using all types of equipment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. Must be able to perform all essential job functions with no restrictions.
2. Ability to work 10- hours per shift 7:00pm-5:30am according to the work schedule, plus overtime requirements.
3. Team Members currently holding interview positions are eligible to apply for this position.
4. Team Members will receive 11.11% differential + .50 shift premium.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Ability to acquire a Lowe's power equipment lift truck license.
2. Must be able to lift 70 pounds, for distances up to 25 feet.
3. Sufficient manual dexterity to be able to safely use cutting tools and use the LRT and other hand held equipment.
4. Basic mathematical skills to process merchandise.
5. Ability to comprehend Lowe's values, goals and the role of a team member in achieving them.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Process orders with the use of a LRT for accuracy and verification of merchandise to a stocking location.
2. Maintain assigned work areas, keeping free of debris or spills using standard cleaning supplies.
3. Use tools to cut cardboard cartons, tape, strapping material and other packaging.
4. Operate industrial lift trucks, motorized, and non-motorized powered equipment to move freight throughout the facility.

Note: This position is eligible for the "Performance Management" award.
