The primary function of the Delivery Driver CDT (Driver) is to plan and execute delivery activities. This includes preparing for deliveries, following planned delivery routes, and assisting with product connections or returns. The Driver is responsible for unloading, connection/hookup, demonstrating and testing products, and checking essential delivery equipment. The Driver is also responsible for the cleanliness and standard maintenance of delivery vehicles, and observing safety procedures regarding federal, state, and local regulations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, Hazmat, and power equipment tools. It is critically important that the Driver execute all tasks while following Lowe's safety procedures. Lastly, the Driver is responsible for completing all other duties as assigned.
