We are searching for an experienced Process Engineer who will partner with business unit SMEs to analyze and document various business processes that will be automated using our RPA tool (Automation Anywhere).� The Process Engineer will be responsible for delivering documentation that is detailed enough that the automation code can be generated from it.� This documentation must also ensure that the automation output will meet the quality standards set forth by the business.� The successful candidate will work side-by-side with the other staff of the Robotic Automation Center to ensure that the business units are getting exceptional RPA support.� This person is expected to aggressively drive the opportunity timelines so the expected business outcomes can be realized in the shortest possible timelines.��Role Responsibilities� �Analyzes current business processes and finds efficient alternativesAssess processes, take measurements and interpret data / design, run, test and upgrade automations and processes.Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates, efficiency and quality of process / product.Manage cost and time constraints / perform risk assessmentsProvide / review process documentation and operating instructionsBe part of global work stream to improve process efficiency by developing standardized work for operations activity.Work with the Robotic Automation Center (RAC) leadership team to ensure RPA adoption goals and business outcomes are being met.Ability to communicate clearly and lead presentations to mid-level managementAbility to lead small to mid-size projects RequirementsBachelors4+ Years relevant experienceA strong understanding of most business processes and automation functionalityAbility to work as an individual as well as in a team environment.Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma.Process flow mappingInterpersonal skills.Strong program/project management skills, PMP a plusCustomer focused.Organizational skills.Sense of urgency.Company Description�With more than 100,000 team members globally, we promote an environment that is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded.
