Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC, is expanding their corporate headquarters in the Dallas, TX market and have several new opportunities estimated to start on 4/1/17 as a result of the recent acquisition by Arca Continental Beverages, a partner with the Coca-Cola Company for over 90 years. These new positions will be part of the new structure and company. The Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages team is comprised of 9 manufacturing facilities and distributes product from 37 locations. This position owns the end-to-end forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment processes. This includes ownership of a collaborative, cross-functional, consensus processes; maintaining statistical models; and measuring and taking action on improvement plans for key performance metrics. Position holder is responsible for accurate forecasts given project inputs and demand history to generate a rolling 12 month forecast for each part by resource.

Manage Customer Focus: Making customers (external and internal) and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships; creating and executing plans and solutions in collaboration with the customer. 

Manage Forecasting Demand: Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management techniques, processes and best practices. 

Manage Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels using statistical models & SKU/ABC classification to design min/max/reorder levels leading to delivery of required customer service (fill rates) while minimizing/rebalancing working capital needs and excess/obsolete inventory needs and excess/obsolete inventory. 

Manage Inventory Control: Ability to set policies, SOPs and procedures for how inventory is controlled on service vans and in MRCs/stock rooms leading to increased inventory accuracy. 

Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate closely with Field Service and other key stakeholders to help achieve business goals and track KPIs/KPMs. 

Manage Forecasting Systems: Working knowledge of forecasting and inventory planning systems, processes, monitoring metrics to deliver required service levels as outlined by client groups while optimizing inventory investment. 

Build strong Relationships: Collaborate closely with Field Service and other key stakeholders to help achieve business goals and track KPIs/KPMs. 

Knowledge of elements that make up the supply chain and the interrelationship between these elements. Exposure to other SC disciplines (Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution). 

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement. In collaboration with Field Service, implements policies, SOPs and procedures for how inventory is controlled on service vans and in MRCs/stock rooms leading to increased inventory accuracy.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Master's Degree is preferred.
  • Major in Industrial Engineering is preferred.
  • 5 years if management experience in forecasting and inventory.
