General Purpose of Position:
To support the Regional Sales Manager by building favorable relationships with customers while designing their spaces. Assist with administrative work involved in finalizing the sale while getting to know the customer and anticipating their needs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with clients to achieve excellent space utilization, and meet with clients at both their site and in the showroom to review all elements of design process.
Handle interior design elements from color selection, material selection, interior elevations and exterior elevations.
Work in AutoCAD to ensure drawings for space planning, design and cabinetry are correct and appropriate for each client.
Management of customer orders, quoting/pricing, order acknowledgement, product decisions, return authorization and order processing with Corp office.
Provide customer support, process sales and create sales reports.
Communicating and coordinating with potential and existing customers via phone, email, postal mail and in person regarding upcoming events, new and existing offers, answer questions about participation in any offer and resolve issues involving agreements, paperwork, payments, refund requests, etc.
Responsible for a variety of administrative functions necessary for the daily operation, and fulfillment of offers.
Produce materials and tools for sales and marketing, working closely with the Corporate Marketing Coordinator.
Support manager by maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes and reports.
Generate, provide and maintain records of quotations for each potential client.
Generate sales and follow transaction to completion for each potential client.
Maintain clear knowledge of the product line.
