Looking for one Level 3 Desktop Support Technician to join their team. Anything that is going to go out to the desktop environment at the DOC goes through this team first. They set the standards, do the imaging, deploy updates/packages/software, automate processes via scripts, etc. They are also 3rd level support as there is a help desk and field service team that acts as level 1 and 2.
Top Three Skills:
1) Level 3 Desktop Support Experience (Setting standards, analysis of environment, inventorying, testing, imaging, packaging, deployment, remote support)
2) Desktop Management Tool Experience (ie. LANDesk, SMS/SCCM, or similar)
