The Desktop Support Analyst will provide technical troubleshooting of various systems, including but not limited to:
1. Workstations, Laptops, and Mobile Computing Devices
2. Interaction with Network infrastructures
3. Networking (local, wide area, VPN, etc.)
To succeed in this role, the Desktop Support Analyst needs be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical personnel in order to assist them with their IT issues.
