Robert Half Technology is looking for a Help Desk Technician in the Chicago area. The individual is responsible for demonstrating excellent problem-solving, communication, interpersonal skills, along with patience, a customer friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment. In addition to those duties, the ideal candidate should have a strong technical understanding of the various hardware, software and networking systems being supported, and should have 2+ years of hands-on experience.
This is a W-2, contract to full time opportunity.
