1. Work on a team that is first point of response for all applications, portals, networked devices and health system LAN 2. Continuously develop skills and remain current on changes in technology 3. Provide (rotational)Tier 1 – 2 support for high-severity off-hours incidents 4. Interact with numerous computer platforms in a multi-layered client server environment 5. Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, enterprise Office 365, application servers, and administrative systems 6. Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime 7. Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment 8. Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment 9. Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment based on department guidelines and procedures 10. Performs other duties as assigned
