This consultant will provide day to day on site and remote support to end users at the Quincy, MA location. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware, software and some networking support. Problems are assigned and managed via tickets that are generated through the Remedy ticketing system. Previous projects have included new PC roll-outs, new core software roll-outs and new environment migrations. In the past, an example of a project was a migration to Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager. The end users are working on Windows 7 platform and are also utilizing Microsoft Office 2010 and up.
Applications that are supported, but not limited to, include: Windows 7, Outlook, Citrix, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Cisco VPN, Adobe Acrobat, Remedy, SAP, Unity, CSI, IMAX, Macess EXP, Right Fax, Blackberry, Video Conferencing equipment and other proprietary IBM applications.
