Desktop Support

This customer has an immediate need for a Desktop Technician to join their support team. The person will need to play a dual role and perform both phone support and Desktop support. They will do all of the following: Application Support, HW break/fix and PC imaging.

Technologies: Ghost, Microsoft (Windows, Office, etc.), Citrix (bonus), Exchange/AD (add users, change passwords, unlock accounts), Cisco manager (bonus), Cisco Unity (bonus), Good hardware knowledge, SAP (bonus). A+ or MCP preferred.
