Top Three Skills:1.) Basic PC knowledge- ability to set up computers and peripherals as well as troubleshoot and close tickets.
2.) Attention to detail- proven track record of working in a scenario where they have minimal supervision and have completed what was asked of them.
3.)Imaging PC's as well as PC moves. Lift up to 50 lbs and comfortable crawling on the ground to plug in and clean up work space.
Job Description: Ideal candidates would have some hands on experience or some computer background. They will be assigning them to low level assignments doing user support, printers, workstation imaging, interactive board support and so on.

These techs will need to do basic PC set up, un-box some equipment, adds, moves, etc.
They are looking at getting someone with a few years experience who is willing to work hard.
They need to be able to take direction well, work hard, and be open to being mentored.
Presentable techs who want to learn and take technology seriously will benefit from this position.

Work Environment: Education- working in schools

Impact to the Internal/External Customer:Deployment of new hardware and PC set ups and troubleshooting level 1 issues while closing out tickets.
Business Challenge: Need extra hands on deck to roll out hardware, do set ups, and troubleshoot.
This is an entry level position where you will have exposure to a rapidly expanding technical environment. They like to retain talent and are always looking to open up positions for folks who come in and can be groomed to success.
Non-Technical Skills: Communication and customer service are as important as the technical background of these candidates. They must have a good demeanor around anyone they encounter.
Why is position open?: Due to the increase in project work the team needs extra support.
