Experience working face to face with end clients.

Experience troubleshooting over the phone and in-person.

Experience with Windows 7 OS (WIN 10 is a plus)

Experience using a ticketing system (Remedy, ServiceNow, HP Service Manager, etc.)

This candidate must be able to follow instructions/take direction.

This candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision.

This candidate must be able to multi-task.

This candidate must be able to document clearly.

This candidate must have professional acumen.

Customer service skills is an ABSOLUTE MUST.

A+, Network+, Microsoft Certifications are preferred, but not required.

Must be a U.S. Citizen
