Day to day duties: POS and Computer hardware support, swap motherboards, ram/memory, modems, etc., Reimaging machines. This person will be sitting in a back room with other technicians working on the duties mentioned. They also need to be ready to take any walk ups. It could be anyone from the president of the company to the receptionist to the janitor that could be walking up in need of support. This person will need to be able to multi-task. Customer service is of the utmost importance. If someone is waiting for assistance, the technician needs to pause what they are doing, help the employee, and then get back to what they were doing.
