This Desktop Support Analyst role is long term temporary in nature and is based in the Omaha, Nebraska, area. What you get to do every single day - Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters - Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals - Offer computer desktop support to local remote locations in accordance with established policies and procedures - Trace equipment inventory and team up on potential purchases - Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities - Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems - Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions - Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors - Pilot and see through technology implementation projects - Verify the integrity of all electronic data records by following company quality standards This position provides an opportunity to provide both hands-on and telephone/remote desktop user support in a team environment.
