Robert Half Technology is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in an easy-to-understand and concise format. This role is best suited for problem solvers who prefer to work in a challenging and positive environment. This Desktop Support Analyst role is a long term temporary-to-fulltime opportunity based in the Woodbridge, New Jersey, area. What you get to do every day - Verify the integrity of all electronic data records by following company quality standards - Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals - Offer your support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems - Manage and complete technology implementation projects - Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions - Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities - Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters - Review equipment inventory and collaborate on potential purchases - Deliver computer desktop support to local remote locations in accordance with established policies and procedures - Match hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
