Robert Half Technology is currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to assist our not-for-profit client in providing daily and ongoing support for end-users in a local and remote capacity. This opportunity is located in Tigard, OR and is scheduled to last three months with a possibility of converting to fill-time full-time. The Desktop Support Analyst position is responsible for the support of end user desktop, laptop, phone, mobile device hardware, software, and break/fix services. Must monitor queue and handle tickets to insure issues are addressed in a timely manner, meeting established metrics and SLAs. Responsibilities: Monitors daily open calls in the call management system. Deployment of PC and phone (adds, moves, changes). Assistance with PC peripheral/accessory devices. PC imaging and backup software. Management of Operating System releases insuring compatibility. Deployment, management, and support of IPads, tablets, mobile devices. Support of Audio/Video equipment. Asset management. End user training; new full-time IT training. Problem resolution of Desktop related issues. Additional responsibilities may include (based on site): Improvement project work, specialized application support, and on-site support of the Network and Sever teams. Provide input and assist in testing and selection of future technologies and devices (meet business needs). Responsible for meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
