Robert Half Technology is looking for a talented Desktop Support Analyst who is able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in an easily understandable and concise format for a company in the Healthcare, Hospitals, Social Assistance industry. This Desktop Support Analyst role is long term temporary-to-fulltime in nature and is based in Center City Philadelphia. Responsibilities - Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems - Trace equipment inventory and team up on potential purchases - Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities - hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors - Lead and execute technology implementation projects - Resolve computer problems, and give guidance on appropriate action/solutions - Ensure the integrity of all electronic data records by following company quality standards - Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters - Support, examine, and repair computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals - Administer computer desktop support to local remote locations in accordance with established policies and procedures
