Robert Half Technology is looking for a talented Desktop Support Analyst who is able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical users in an easily understandable and concise format. This Desktop Support Analyst role is long term temporary-to-fulltime in nature and is located in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, area.
What you get to do every day - Arrange hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors - Solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions - Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals - Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems - Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters - Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities - Provide computer desktop support to local remote locations in accordance with established policies and procedures - Manage and complete technology implementation projects - Track equipment inventory and work with others on potential purchases
