The Desktop Analyst will be responsible for supporting users remote and in person to troubleshoot and resolve computer issues such as password resets, migrations, office how-to questions, setting up new users with AD, setting up mailboxes in Exchange, etc.
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
