Please send resume to 415-434-4940 ext 29666* Please add me on LinkedIn as I update my status with our new job orders What you get to do every day: -Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups -Provide IT support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and a variety of other applications used internally (hardware and software). -Installation, configuration, and maintenance related to Mac and PC hardware and software -Assisting IT engineering teams with local hands-on troubleshooting and configuration of backend hardware -Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues What you bring to the role: -Experience installing and configuring Windows OS, networked and local printers, and business applications -Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications -Experience with IT support ticketing systems -We're seeking an overall driver who can take customer needs and, working with the right folks, can translate them into IT solutions.
