Need a desktop resource to help with the ongoing tech support both in their local coporate office and their 136 remote branch locations. This technician will be handing several various issues within on-site and remote support. Some of the common issues are: hard drive replacements and wipes, printer setups, password issues (Active directory), SCCM deployment and troubleshooting, application removal and installation (post deployment), Windows/ PC performance issues.
