**Seeking an experienced Desktop Support Professional**

  • Receiving tickets for various desktops, phone, and print related issues.
  • Assisting with desktop setup and deployment.
  • Moving IT equipment as necessary.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software.
  • Represent the company at client sites

  • Must be able to manage the workload and multi-task projects.
  • Ability to work with customers to keep them informed of the issue resolution status.
  • Experience with Virtual Machines
  • Server experience
  • Desktop experience

Technology Experience:
  • Windows 7/10
  • Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • MS Office
  • VMWare
