Desktop Technician job responsibilities include:



Remote and desk side troubleshooting of software issues. Must be able to support the Office 2010 suite, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and other Windows applications, including engineering software (AutoCAD, etc.). Must also support Macs running Office, Mail, and other applications.

Configuring and troubleshooting workstations, laptops, printers, network equipment and wireless devices, including mobile devices like iPhones, iPads and Surfaces
Workstation set-ups and moves
Configure new PCs (desktops, notebooks, thin clients ) for deployment
Coordinate warranty repair and perform some repair (HD replacement, etc.)
Monitor the Help Desk phone and the corporate Help Desk ticket system for the site
