One of our clients in the Birmingham Area is searching for a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician. They are looking for a candidate that has corporate customer service experience with high initiative that wants to grow in the I.T. Industry.
The candidate will be part of a team of 10. This will include the support or level 1 and level 2 issues in a fast-paced technical environment. The environment consists of 200 centers around the nation and several thousand end users. This person will also review, troubleshoot, and approve operational quality of desktops, notebooks, and associated peripherals.
Additional details are below:
Install, maintain and optimize desktop /notebook configurations
Perform diagnostics and resolve performance issues
Continual maintenance and repair of services
Provide customer satisfaction to customers with ticket resolution
Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, system upgrades, advanced deployment, and repair on desktops / notebooks
Uses advanced tools / technical knowledge to remediate customer problems and conduct scheduled installs
The desktop technicians will remote in to users' computers using DameWare, and LogMeIn.
