Seeking an intermediate Desktop Technician with excellent customer service skills & technical experience in a Windows 10 environment.
Daily responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Desktop Technician role. Will be supporting Lenovo hardware, tablets, Outlook email and calendar, Multi-Function devices (printers, scanners, copiers), and assist with Lease swaps (hardware is leased).
2 certifications highly preferred (A+, N+, or S+)
Monday - Friday Apprx. 8 - 5.
Must have a passion for IT & enjoy fixing problems; Strong work ethic is required;
Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work with all different users.
