Job Description: * Ticket burn of requests and incidents
o Work in a specific building queue in general
o Assist 4-8 hours per week in Walk up Help Desk.
* LCM (Life Cycle Management)
o Update user's machines to current model and Win10 if department approved
o Assist with LCM projects (Conference Room Refresh, Telecommuter Refresh)
* Common Tools
o Service Now (Our new ticketing system)
o SCCM (Software and patching management system)
