The Acquisition Marketing department is the growth engine of the company, focusing on acquiring new Cardmembers and delivering award-winning customer experience. As the innovation agent of the department, the Digital Acquisition new initiatives team is responsible for channel transformation, budget optimization, and ultimately driving the evolvement from channel-centric targeting to consumer-centric targeting across all online and offline channels. We are looking for an energetic and analytical thought leader to join our team.

This individual needs to be able to work on multiple strategic initiatives utilizing a wide array of business aptitudes, while working efficiently and effectively to achieve results. This position will require someone with a high level of analytical aptitude, excellent communication, the ability to adopt quickly to change and manage through ambiguity, and someone who can take ownership and think broadly in making decisions.

This role will assist with new initiatives in the digital space. Knowledge of how channels like direct mail, display advertising, paid search, digital video and digital social advertising will help lead to the success of deriving new initiatives to help drive incremental new credit card accounts. Understanding customer acquisition metrics, segmentation strategies, digital tagging and cross device space will also help drive success.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills and be able to drive thought leadership in complex test design and performance measurement. This person will be supported by a team of analysts, who will perform analysis, which this person must work with to make decisions, give direction and make recommendations. Being able to understand and develop test design and set up, communicate the execution of the test design, drive results from initiatives and understand the measurement of the performance.

* Tag Management System ownership and leverage to manage digital audiences
* Lead data driven attribution initiatives to test various spend allocation combinations
* Onboard new digital partners and manage contract relationship

Skills
Skills:
5+ years of work experience
BA in marketing or related field
Masters degree a plus
Analytical aptitude
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time under deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Client or vender management experience
Knowledge of digital environment and passion to learn
Innovative and thought leader skill set
