This position seeks a Digital Associate Brand Manager to lead market-facing digital presence of the Ice Cream category in the US as well as key elements of the US ice cream portfolio marketing program. In addition, this role will help coordinate the US ice cream digital portfolio approach across brands to ensure maximum impact for the category. This position reports to the Ice cream Digital manager and will work closely with the other ice cream brand managers, creation and execution, as well as UL Media, PR/Social and eCommerce teams. As a new capability position within the group, this person will also be responsible for digital thought-leadership & advocacy - raising the collective digital acumen of the team.

Lead consumer digital understanding for the US market – consumer behavior, platforms, media, and data.
Set/evolve the ice cream category and specific brand digital KPIs; Ownership of real-time results analysis, including competitive activity and impact; Track digital performance over time to establish digital best-in-class benchmarks
Partner with Brand Marketing team on priority projects to guide digital strategy best practices & adoption
Work closely with CMI & PDC teams to lead the digital insights program
Ensure on-time, flawless execution of digital best practices and new digital testing/ go-to-market projects
Develop and manage overall digital marketing ecosystem for category while driving adoption of UL digital standards & L2 Digital Audit check list across brands
Drive adoption of Search global best practices by leading SEM and SEO for brands
Partner with E-Commerce team to accelerate (and track) our online growth agenda across key brands
Lead development & execution of PRM strategy in partnership with Brand, Media & DMS
Support Media lead on digital assignments as needed including training, Digital 2.0 roll out, PRM initiatives and new digital program testing
Research new channels of digital commerce, especially D2C, and understand the role for ice cream, creating new recommendations for the category
Understand the OOH ice cream space and provide recommendations for how digital could enhance and grow the channel.
Locate new and exciting business opportunities for the ice cream category.
1 years of digital marketing experience, ideally with CPG/branded products
Passion for the digital marketing space, including Social Media, Email Marketing and/or Customer Acquisition programs
Interest in purpose-driven brand marketing
Solid understanding of digital channels (including e-commerce), and influencers
Aptitude/passion to learn and use digital analytics tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Facebook Editor, and social media insight platforms
Nice to have: Experience with ecommerce and/or web design tools
