Marketing leads the development of integrated marketing strategies across Wells Fargo's 90 plus business lines and national geography. The group is responsible for brand strategy and advertising, database and experiential marketing including the company's 12 history museums, integrated program and product development, market research and related customer analytics, and diverse segments strategy and business development.

Reporting to the Marketing and Sales Digital Customer Experience Manager, this role will partner with the Wealth and Investment Management, Community Bank, and Wholesale Digital Customer Experience Leads to build and enhance digital marketing and sales customer experiences for the WIM, Community Bank and Wholesale businesses. The Marketing and Sales Digital Customer Experience team is part of the overall Marketing, Digital and Social Capabilities team in the Marketing organization.

The Digital Customer Experience (DCE) consultant will work with the WIM, Wholesale and Community Bank DCE Leads, businesses and relevant digital partners to develop key components of the digital marketing and sales customer experience strategy for each business. The DCE Consultant will partner with marketing strategy, customer experience, technology, and capabilities partners to implement the digital marketing and sales customer experiences on the roadmap. Initiatives will focus on various types of digital marketing and sales customer experiences relevant to the WIM, Wholesale, Financial Health and Community Bank businesses such as public site pages, tools, Test and Learn strategy, content on 3rd party Microsites, and .

The Digital Customer Experience Consultant responsibilities will include:

  • Drive discovery opportunities, develop opportunity sizings and business cases
  • Obtain project sizing, secure resources, and release timing
  • Build business expertise and acumen of the various businesses
  • Conduct customer insight and customer journey research
  • Lead digital creative development and implementation in partnership with marketing and customer experience partners
  • Act as marketing business sponsor with technology team and relevant digital-channel partners (e.g., DCG and during project delivery phases; including review/approvals, QA, and key business decisions
  • Assess project metrics post launch (e.g., customer feedback, satisfaction) vis- -vis business case

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms, or social media

  • Proven ability to deliver against a roadmap of technology projects from a business perspective
