Prudential is seeking a Digital leader to lead new and high impact customer engagement initiatives. This director will work directly for the Head of Customer Engagement to develop and execute high visibility strategies across Prudential’s products and businesses that will result in financial betterment for Prudential’s Workplace Solutions customers. This new role will be instrumental in further developing the recently launched Financial Wellness digital engagement platform. Channel focus will be cross-channel with a focus on digital. The Digital Customer Engagement Director will get to work in an agile and startup-like environment within the Customer Office and will closely partner with other Prudential businesses to design, develop, and prioritize Financial Wellness efforts. •Co-lead creation and execution Financial Wellness strategic roadmap.
•Provide advice/consultation to Prudential’s Lines of Business (primarily Group Insurance and Retirement), assisting them in creating digital strategies and in leveraging digital assets and trends to create opportunities to meet business goals.
•Responsible for the development and implementation of an Engagement and Cross-marketing vision and strategy within the Financial Wellness platform.
•Define and implement engagement standards and metrics for Financial Wellness.
•Problem Solving and Ideation to continuously increase engagement.
•Develop test and learn digital marketing strategy for Pru customer engagement that creates economic value for the business.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (8 years) in digitally enabled businesses. MBA or business degree a plus.
•Prior experience with digital and customer experience initiatives leveraging content marketing, financial education, digital campaigns. Experience in Financial Wellness related platforms/capabilities is a plus.
•Experience in financial services; any experience with marketing in the Life Insurance, Retirement and Annuities space a plus.
•Ability to connect dots and streamline content and delivery mechanisms.
•Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to effectively work independently, as well as part of a team.
•Extremely detail oriented with teamwork skills and the ability to work across functional teams and all levels of the organization. Significant experience in leading cross-business initiatives is highly recommended.
•Strong user experience/design sense, interest in marketing and customer engagement.
•Top notch written and oral communication skills while in presence of executive leadership; expert in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
•Experience with design-thinking or other innovation processes.
•Collaborative mindset that inspires those around them (peers and those more senior) to be creative and try new things.
