Role Summary:

Job Overview:

The BHGE Digital Integration Manager - Services & Commercial's primary responsibility is defining and ensuring the operating model and strategy for integrating digital services and commercial processes that cover the full BHGE Digital portfolio. You coordinate alignment and integration across the different services and commercial teams within BHGE Digital and broader BHGE organizations, and help define the integration plan across the BHGE Digital product portfolio.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

+ This will include assessing & rationalizing processes, and review of current resources and alignment. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring key metrics to ensure milestones are met, development and implementation of organizational policies and practices, and defining and executing programs.

+ Review and assess the current digital services (professional services, maintenance & support, monitoring/advisory), and establish plan for with the BHGE Digital services teams and also with BHGE product companies (main focus will be around the Oil Field Services product company).

+ Review and assess commercial processes for legacy Baker and legacy GE across pricing, proposals generation, terms & conditions, sales enablement, pipeline management, pacing, tools, etc.

+ Develop short-term and long-term plans to integrate legacy commercial processes by partnering with Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Enablement and Finance.

+ Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the integration plan.

+ Increase the effectiveness and efficiency as well as coordination and communication between groups.

+ Lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments.

+ Establish governance structure that identifies key performance indicators, sets milestones, and establishes a reporting cadence.

+ Tracks and monitors program status and metrics to ensure milestones are met

+ Ensures ongoing communication of progress against program objectives

+ Manage and run additional integration programs/projects as priorities arise.

Qualifications/Requirements: Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering or another technical field.

+ A minimum of 10+ years of experience along with established leadership across the discipline and function

+ GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completedEligibility Requirements: (Country Specific)

+ Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job

+ Must be willing to travel 20-30%

+ Must be willing to work out of an office located in Houston, TX

Desired Characteristics: Technical Expertise:

+ Experience in oil & gas industry

+ Experience and understanding of industrial software a plus

+ Experience with professional services, managed/advisory services and customer support for software products.

+ Experience with commercial processes (i.e. proposals, pricing, T&C's) a plus

+ Experience with integrations, acquisitions or mergers

+ Experience with developing and managing programs & projects

+ Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook, and access

+ Experience using Confluence, Rally, or AHA a plusBusiness Acumen:

+ Strong business analysis and problem solving skills

+ Knowledge of business and financial principles and practices

+ Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
