The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Oracle's Global Marketing Operations team. The Digital Program Manager is responsible for designing and executing innovative campaigns using knowledge and experience with digital tools and methodologies.

As a member of the Digital Marketing Lab, you will use strong leadership and communication skills to ensure campaigns are designed and executed to a high standard.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Design new digital services: Research new and best in class digital services and methodologies and implement them for use in global campaigns.

Manage the use of digital marketing tools and services: Work with marketing managers to build in the use of digital capabilities to campaign strategy. Maintain a level of expertise on in house digital marketing systems and processes.

Manage digital marketing projects: Manage the activities and deliverables of the virtual team executing digital marketing campaigns.

Deliver operational efficiencies: Develop and streamline internal processes used to deliver digital marketing services.

Provide thought leadership: Stay current on new technology and trends in the digital marketing space. Provide requirements and subject matter expertise for new technology implementation projects.


Critical Competencies / Requirements:
  • 7 years digital demand generation
  • 3-5 years hand-on experience with digital and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with advanced segmentation techniques
  • Comfortable with coordinating several complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with process and work-flow analysis and redesign
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex concepts, both oral and written
  • MS Office fluency
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience
This is a Redwood Shores based position
Qualifications:
Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.

As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Ability to work with Executives. Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Creative, energetic, and enthusiastic. Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. Basic HTML and web technology skills a plus. 8 years technology/industry experience and BA/BS/MBA degree.
