This is a unique and exciting opportunity within IBM/Cloud Team - using your digital marketing skills and the latest marketing analytics tools to manage digital marketing digital marketing campaigns. Part of the IBM performance marketing team, this role will join a dedicated team of digital marketing professionals focused on pushing the envelope of innovative marketing techniques for IBM Cloud Business Unit.

This position will be focused on demand generation campaigns. This is an individual contributor role with responsibility to manage the Digital Diamond Team. This role will also have responsibility for managing the fast-pace environment and generate digital campaign concepts into execution in a complex multi-channel marketing environment.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of employees, provide digital ecosystem education, understand their requirements, deliver actions and coordinate efforts across departments. This position will need to understand the IBM Cloud routes to market, processes and requirements in order to develop and deliver accurate digital marketing campaigns


 
  • Application of Gold Standard templates, leading and participating in A/B testing and familiarity with tools such as Optimizely/Hot Jar
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure consistency in /cloud site implementations
  • Develop and drive the A/B testing plan to drive continuous optimization and Learning(s)
  • Own governance and retirement of assets work stream
  • Landing page development Manage the relationship between .com and campaign landing experiences
  • Working with web base project management tools
  • Project brief development (based on the Digital Gold Standard matrix) and management of weekly status sheet, timeline and budget;
  • Create/own the Digital Gold Standard/Blueprint in context of the campaign strategy;
  • Oversee creation and optimization of digital assets;
  • Own all digital drive-to-assets and development of landing page experiences;
  • Map the digital asset relationship to ensure conformance with Cloud's digital ecosystem;
  • Work with the Media Team to develop the media plan in context of the campaign strategy
  • Work with the Search Team to create paid search strategy and performance of key words;
  • Digital Agency - selection and acts as the main point of contact for the campaign;
  • Develop digital campaigns following the 7 truths of marketing
  • Work with the Diamond Team Lead resolve day-to-day issues;
  • Develop plans to address Lead Development Representative, enablement, lead pass, sales, and content and core assets;
  • Work with management to develop campaign quarterly guidance materials;
  • Manage multiple agencies and track budget expenditures based on deliverables creation;
  • Manage campaign progress via back-end tools (i.e. Unique 9.1/Core metrics/Rio;
  • Work closely with country Digital Gold programs to obtain feedback on marketing program effectiveness;
  • Manage/provide direction to agencies to assist in delivering company standard programs
