Sr Manager of Digital Healthcare Services & Omnichannel strategy:


Develops strategy and development of specific digital initiatives that support CVS’s omnichannel advancements as well as MinuteClinic’s digital products and a new telehealth service offering


Serve as digital thought partner for enterprise stakeholders in evaluating and distilling opportunities for digital engagement within large enterprise initiatives.


Drives research that supports defining and developing the digital enterprise


Help drive go-to-market strategy for digital to optimally support and significantly enhance product adoption


Stays abreast of industry trends among both consumers and healthcare stakeholders


Demonstrates a “think customer” mentality by conducting customer insights and market research to assess market needs, prioritization and user experience


Develop sound business cases for return on investment, and gains agreement for investment development.


Ensure revenue is maximized by working with business stakeholders and internal partners to understand business and functional requirements.

Establish initiative KPI drivers, evaluate and identify improvement opportunities, and quantify financial impact to the business.


Possess a thorough understanding of the P&L and identify risks and contingency plans for meeting financial objectives.

Coordinate with both internal and external vendors to ensure timely and flawless user acceptance testing.


Drives both operational and go to market planning, ensuring a successful and seamless launch.


Tracks results and monitors operational issues.


Drives the ongoing performance of the digital initiative, including subsequent enhancements and optimization.

Responsibilities


Develops digital strategy to support both omnichannel and healthcare offerings

Partners and works collaboratively across the enterprise, leads cross functional-teams, excellent written and communication skills, and the ability to drive collaborative discussions and influence decisions with all key stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have significant experience in all aspects of product strategy
Establishes initiative KPI drivers, evaluates and identifies new digital opportunities to drive business outcomes, and quantifies financial impact to the business.
