The Digital A|B Program Lead is an amazing opportunity if you want to be the leading force behind establishing a new testing program.

The Digital Experience Team is looking for an individual who has expertise in establishing and growing a Digital A/B testing program. This position is responsible for defining testing strategies and developing a roadmap that aligns to the overall business objectives. The person in this role will act as the 'Champion' for the program and the primary business lead working with a cross functional group of analysts, developers, and project managers. The primary testing platform will be on our responsive website; however it will require coordination and partnership across our CRM, Media, and Resort Marketing teams.

This position resides on the Digital Experience Team; therefore we are looking for someone who understands digital best practices.As the Digital A/B lead you will partner with our UI/UX Designer to make design and interaction modifications that align to the test hypothesis.This person will be responsible for defining business and interaction requirements as well as UAT'ing the test variations to ensure a quality test experience is implemented.

We are looking for someone with experience creating A/B and Multi-variate testing experiments preferably in Adobe Test and Target. This person will work closely with the Development team to set up the test, determine testing approach, QA and troubleshoot any issues that arise. This person will also partner with the Digital Operations Team to roll out the winning tests into production.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Partnering & Influencing
*Partner with multiple stakeholders and external resources to develop a strategic testing roadmap that aligns with key business priorities
*Contribute to shaping optimization program best practices and driving continuous improvements to establish best in class program
*Establish strong working partnerships with relevant areas of the business and global teams (Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, Engineering, User Experience)
*Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop clear and measurable business and testing objectives and define test KPIs (both financial and engagement metrics)
*Act as a key liaison with stakeholders and external agencies with respect to A/B test analysis framework

*Hypothesis Development, Assessment & Test results analysis
*Optimize the customer journeys on our website and landing pages to increase conversion rates.
*Design, develop, manage, and analyze A/B tests, multivariate testing, segment-based targeting, and behavioral targeting with cross-functional team involvement from marketers, project managers, designers, and developers
*Create test roadmaps that include defining hypothesis, documenting test goals, identifying elements being tested, and creating test timing estimations and reporting
*Hypothesis validations - Lead the hypothesis generation process and clearly validate opportunities/recommend actions that can have positive improvements in web properties and financials; help stakeholder teams to think about site opportunities in a different way by asking questions; provide feedback to stakeholders to influence test ideas that will yield the most impactful customer experience improvements on the site.
*Define Test KPIs - Identify conversion and engagement KPIs needed for test analysis and understand test setup and data collection standards within test environment
*Leverage supporting tools -3rd party tools such as Adobe Target, Heat mapping tools and Microsoft Excel.
*Manage multiple optimization projects at a time in a fast-paced, intense, data-driven and results-oriented environment
*Stay apprised of best practices in testing and optimization; utilizing them in your work and disseminating them across the organization

Insights & Test results communication
*Deliver insights - Objectively deliver testing insights and help support a culture of data-driven decision making.
*Tell Story - At completion of Tests, build timely, compelling, fact-based test recaps that strongly communicate the business 'story' behind the data and lead Test outcomes. Be able to tie site KPIs and results to financial metrics.
*Communicate results - Identify successes, failures, trends. Effectively present these findings to the organization in a succinct way. If test results are positive - analyze KPI improvements in pre/post A/B test roll-outs; if results are negative - perform driver analysis to recommend next steps which could include iteration of that test.
*Summarize weekly test result findings and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders and executives.

Job Requirements:
*Bachelors degree in related field (Business, Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Management Information Systems) required
*Experience evaluating website performance including analysis of A/B experiments and evaluation of results against random control groups.
*Prior experience with conversion rate optimization tactics
*Proven success in improving site-wide conversion rates
*Experience with A/B testing tools specific to test creation (Adobe Analytics / Adobe Target / Maximizer / Optimizely / Google Analytics) required.
*Experience in marketing, business development and/or business strategy, including a minimum of five (5) years of experience in e-commerce or online marketing, with responsibility for user experience development/management, e-commerce, online marketing and/or online business strategy
*Strong understanding of website standards, usability, site design, and ecommerce preferred.
*Excellent communication skills, including experience presenting to senior-level audiences.
*Strong leadership and organizational skills.
*Proven ability to collaborate well across functions and departments, to work as part of a team, and to lead teams in achieving goals. Experience managing many projects simultaneously to successful execution.
*Familiarity with the travel industry and the online travel customer decision-making process is helpful.
*Active interest in skiing, snowboarding and travel is helpful.
*Travel to our various resorts and lodging properties will be required
*Experience with A/B testing tools specific to test creation (Adobe Analytics / Adobe Target / Maximizer / Optimizely / Google Analytics) required.
*High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
