This position is responsible for the identification, design and development of enhancements for My Verizon and other self service functions. Project lead identifies enhancements, outlines user experience, documents business requirements, communicates with stakeholders and follows up with analysis and reporting. The position requires that they partner with IT to create mutually agreed upon approaches for implementation and ensuring flawless execution. They lead multiple critical projects simultaneously while ensuring on time delivery of all items associated with the project.
Breakdown of Responsibilities:
•4+ years marketing experience in ecommerce marketing, website management or website merchandising
• 3+ years of experience analyzing data, preparing reports and recommendations
•Strong analytical and technical skills required.
•Should be familiar with Agile Development Process
•Experienced in evaluating creative and recommending improvements to improve results
•High computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required for data manipulation and presentations
