As a Digital Portfolio Coordinator, you will gain exposure to Portfolio Management practices and learn how to monitor and measure portfolio performance within our Digital business team. The Digital Portfolio Coordinator position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of data surrounding the overall health and agility of our project pipeline, supporting ongoing analysis, and maintaining up-to-date Share Point reporting repositories.
As part of the Digital Planning & Financial Operations business team you will interact closely with our Performance Manager, Finance Manager, Product Portfolio Managers (PPMs), and other key members of the operations team and will serve as a data steward and instrumental resource to help drive effective monthly insights into our portfolios as well as help the team deliver continuous improvements within our databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Additional responsibilities of the Digital Portfolio Coordinator include:
-Organization and follow through with data housekeeping.
-Assisting our Performance Manager with gathering, compiling, analyzing, and trending project data.
-Creating monthly business presentations; charts, graphs, and PowerPoint slides.
-Maintaining line of sight into project-related funding approvals,department-wide funding alignment, and required shifts/ puts & takes.
-Testing and reconciliation of any new or enhanced portfolio reporting
-Participation in department-wide Annual Planning activities
