Responsibilities: This position is responsible for resolving escalated technical issues from internal and external customers pertaining to X-ray products and services. The technician will assist the customers by phone, chat, e-mail and remote computer access on Hardware, software, technique, image quality and various other issues. Technicians communicate with the end users and enter issues and resolutions into an automated ticketing system. In this role you will act as a liaison between support and development, escalating issues and helping to communicate and document resolutions.
