Pay Rate/Salary: At least $18.00 / Hour
As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for the installation, alteration, repair, maintenance, and adjustment of all machinery and equipment used in the production lines, to include auxiliary equipment as well.
Must be capable of diagnosis and troubleshooting to assure maximum up time of production equipment.
Must possess the knowledge necessary to start up and run production equipment to assist in the duties of maintenance and troubleshooting. Other duties include building maintenance, welding and plumbing.
Interested candidates must be willing to submit to a drug screen. High School Diploma/GED required.
Requirements�Experience in common maintenance problems, procedures, methods and tools usually acquired through work in a manufacturing environment.�Job-related experience for 3 years, minimum.
�Working knowledge of production equipment practices, nomenclature, and procedures.
�Familiarity with computer based control systems.
�Familiarity with systems involving mechanical equipment, hydraulics, air, water and vacuum, and electrical circuits and components.
�Ability to work under general supervision.
�Ability to effectively participate in a teamwork environment.
�Ability to diagnose and repair common equipment and machinery problems.
�Ability to use common maintenance tools and instruments.
�Working knowledge of common process control systems, both mechanical and electrical.
�Able to work safely, alone if required, with little or no supervision.
�Communication: Ability to communicate effectively; write effectively; read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.
�Organizational: Must be able to organize, plan, and prioritize.
�Ability to concentrate on job assignments and pay attention to detail.
�Decision Making and Problem Solving: Must be able to identify simple problems and arrive at conclusion, using intuition and reasoning.
