IT Director must have a solid IT background and consistently keep up-to-date with technology and industry advancements and risks. Apart from their education and experience, the IT Director must have every quality of a leader including great communications and a strong strategic and business acumen. The goal is to ensure that IT adds the maximum value to our firm to facilitate the success of our business while balancing budget, time, user impact, and other resource constraints.

Responsibilities • Provide the overall direction, objectives and strategies of the Firm's information technologies, and manage the day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure, architecture, policies, budget and governance, evaluating them against established goals. • Provide leadership to the IT team, including recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and evaluating team members, and developing personal growth opportunities. • In conjunction with the Firm's Strategic Information Technology Committee, analyze business needs and opportunities, and prioritize, select, and implement suitable cost effective solutions to streamline internal operations and help optimize strategic benefits. • Identify, monitor and communicate potential evolving risks, threats, and vulnerabilities, including compliance with applicable security and privacy rules and regulations, and provide solutions including incident response plans to ensure proper controls are in place to manage risks to an acceptable level. • Oversee and monitor the technological infrastructure (networks and computer systems) to ensure optimal ongoing performance and capacity, and troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, connection, printer, software and other issues. • Establish and maintain documented policies, standards, procedures, processes, training programs, and individual development plans to implement and support strategies set by Firm management. • Manage vendor relationships including negotiating agreements, monitoring performance, enforcing SLAs; select and approve purchases of technological equipment, software and services; establish partnerships with and oversee work of IT providers, including outsourced engineers and specialists. • Monitor changes or advancements in technology to discover and suggest ways the company can gain competitive advantages. • Analyze business requirements and make recommendations for improvements to existing and new hardware, software or related systems, to better address business needs, streamline operations, meet organizational needs, and improve overall user experience. • Plan, scope, staff, manage, monitor, test, report, and deliver projects, including implementation and deployment of new or changed systems. • Be a sought-after leader and knowledge resource, providing guidance, support, awareness, and training throughout the organization. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience as IT Director or similar managerial role • Excellent knowledge of IT applications and infrastructure, including a background in assessing, planning, implementing, operating, securing, and supporting IT systems • Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including solid understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations • Critical thinker with a strong strategic and business mindset; excellent organizational abilities combined with team leadership and development skills • Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to self-development and delivering quality customer service, all with a sense of urgency • Outstanding Submit Resumes to
