This role focuses on the last mile execution for Enterprise accounts (not including Global and Strategic Accounts). Goal is to land the right resources for the right solution to our customers, utilizing available assets across Microsoft (Field, WCB, OCP, etc.)

This will be done by creating a programmatic, Share of Wallet (SOW) - driven orchestration process for sellers. The Business Development Manager (BDM) will need to influence resource owners to prioritize use of available resources to drive the highest ROI, so we deliver large Digital Transformation wins and increased SOW in the Strategic and Global customers.

The BDM will be expected to align with Industry GMs who determine the specific Industry Solutions for each target customer who will influence those account plans. Success will be measured by quality and execution of orchestration process, including ability to influence the resource owners, SOW improvement in the target customers, and seller use of and feedback around the orchestration process.

Primary Responsibilities:
For each selected Industry Solution, determine and roadmap the required resources to sell, pre-sell and deliver (both implementation and consumption)
Develop a simple, repeatable and sustainable orchestration process for the seller to access those required resources
Work directly with Sellers in target accounts to iterate with a fail-fast mentality Land orchestration process with resource owners

Experiences Required:
Education, Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
10+ years Cross-Industry domain expertise, working in Business roles at a company that supports the cross-industry sector
10+ years Industry solution selling experience
Business development skills
Market development skills
History of strong execution delivery
Ability to lead by influence
Executive maturity
Ability to synthesize from multiple ambiguous sources
Solution sales or consulting position in a competing or partner company
Bachelors degree or equivalent industry experience (MBA preferred)
