This position can work remotely anywhere in the United States. The preferred location is the Alpharetta, GA location.
The Director of Client Management position requires strong mortgage banking, sales methodologies, marketing and technology related knowledge. As a member of the PCLender executive team this role will contribute to establishing and executing the PCLender strategic initiatives. This role must demonstrate the ability to execute on sales and marketing objectives as established by the executive management team. The position requires experience with proven strategies and methodologies for delivering on the companies documented objectives and plan, understanding the nuances of market conditions and being able to consistently deliver or exceed the goals and objectives as established by PCLender’s and Fiserv’s executive teams. As Director of Client Management, you will be expected to identify and document recommended business objective enhancements/modifications to exceed revenue objectives for new customer sales, professional services and third party vendor services. You must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, derive high levels of satisfaction from prospecting, overcome objectives, competition and close sales. You must be passionate about achieving the sales goals and objectives of the company.

• Bachelors degree preferred.
Job Related Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in sales, with a minimum of 3 year experience in sales management and marketing.
• Minimum of 10 years of mortgage banking and or mortgage banking services experience. Minimum of 5 years with regional and/or financial institution specific mortgage banking experience preferred.
•Strong organization and time management skills.
•Effective leadership skills. Ability to match motivation with individuals and inspire team to achieve high levels of success.
•Ability to multi-task and to work independently.
•Knowledge and experience at communication (written and verbal) concepts and issues on various levels with management and employees.
•Ability to identify potential issues or problems as they relate to the business, and offer proactive solutions/suggestions.
•Ability to establish/coordinate and maintain dynamic and appropriate business relationship with prospects, customers, vendors and PCLender personnel.
•Ability to project a professional image and conduct themselves in such manner while representing PCLender’ business interests.
•Proficiency in the Microsoft productivity (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communications (Outlook, Dynamics, SharePoint) applications.
