**Sodexo is seeking a highly qualified Director, Contracts Administration - Subcontracts.**
Sodexo’s Commercial function is broadly responsible for the management of Business Risk, Commercial Governance, and SubcontractorsNegotiation in the Facilities Management industry. The function is also involved in various projects which can include assisting the Segmentwith implementing specific Sub-Contractor Management strategies or savings realization projects.
This position can be based in any state within the mid-Atlantic or Midwest close to a major airport. This position will require extensive travel throughout the US.
This role will focus on circa $120M of sub-contract relationships and will be responsible for the tendering and contracting of the sub-contracted works in line with Sodexo and client requirements, while improving our sub-contractor relationship management and risk profile.
+ Execute RFI/RFP’swith a pre-qualified supply chain
+ Formulating the strategic plan for aggregating the existing sub contracts spendwith North American Supply Management team.
+ Work with Sodexo legal todraftsub contract agreements to reflect the various scope, policy, KPI and pricing requirements of each site/account.
+ ManageSub-contractor relationshipsincluding acting as a point of escalation and resolution in the event of any contention.
+ Working withNorth American Supply Management teamto relay the needs of the segment and monitoring the approval of relevant sub-contractors.
+ MobilizingService Operations supportand subcontractors, achieving best price for bid stage and day one.
+ Working on relevant projects as directed by theSegment CFO.
+ Assisting, where required, with the negotiation of contract terms, commercial principles or areas of contention with our clients.
+ Providing education and support to the business on subcontracting risks and processes.
+ Initial in-year savings target to achieve through negotiation and placement of clear subcontracts (Site Agreements/ Contract Agreements)
+ Optimizationof current sub-contract supply chain.
+ Relevant experience of commercial management,Supply Management, Sub- Contractor Management
+ 8 years and currently operating at senior level
+ Holds a relevant degree.
+ Demonstrable experience in handling large supply chain processes.
+ Project Management.
+ Excellent negotiation skills.
+ Ability to manage own time and be accountable for the outcomes agreed.
Directs supply management activities in the development and implementation of formulaic strategic plans, and optimization of total company category spend. Oversight is provided to multiple contracts. Interfaces with internal divisional customers to coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers. Conducts and/or manages supply chain analysis according to the strategic sourcing model. Develops and implements supply chain designs, models, strategies and/or processes to improve the business. Provides supervision and/or leadership to Sr. Managers, and is accountable for departmental plans, including business, production and organizational priorities. Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility. Negotiates for competitive pricing to maximize company profitability. Actively communicates and supports Global Supply Chain operations and Entegra business initiatives.

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 5 years of experience in purchasing or related field
