Director, Corporate FP&A – Transformation

  • Lead implementation of PepsiCo's global financial planning system. Responsibilities include:
    • Liaising with Sector FP&A to confirm design requirements, including data validation and data hierarchy
    • Working with Control on data actuals
    • Working with developer on system build/testing
    • Managing end-to-end process (testing, training, logistics) for implementation
  • Upon completion of SBP/AOP delivery, expand system to include forecasting capability. Responsibilities include:
    • Design the tool
    • Liaise with Sector FP&A to confirm
    • Work with developer
    • Manage end-to-end implementation
  • Support other FP&A transformation efforts as needed


  • Highly motivated individual, with passion to drive change
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Experience with systems implementation
  • Knowledge of FP&A and HFM a big plus
  • 10-15+ years of experience; Bachelors of Business Administration, IT or similar required
  • Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work in matrix organization; handle competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience - requires working with many senior executives
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership to drive progress; organized and capable of multi-tasking
