The customer tools product operations director will have responsibility for leading all aspects of team operations and transformation initiatives.  Critical to this role will be driving executive and stakeholder alignment, communication of strategy, process governance and budget planning.  Building and leading the right team to execute on this will be vital to success in this role.    
Plans organization needs end to end.  Drives standardization and efficiency into the product development process.  Develops and maintains content to communicate the product strategy.  Aligns strategy and governance with key stakeholder teams.  Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group. Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.  Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.  Responsible for executing on functional and business goals for the group. Addresses problems across functional areas of the business.  Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.

Experience with software product management
Develops and maintains business relationships with senior level business leaders
MBA skill set with strong business acumen
10+ years of relevant work experience
