Provides leadership and direction through managers. Is accountable for the performance and results of a region or related job families. Executes segment/functional business plans and contributes to the development of segment/functional strategy. Decisions are guided by segment/functional strategy and priorities. Directs and controls the activities of a broad functional area. Key Responsibilities
  1. Leads internal investigations of potential violations law or company policy; ability to balance multiple priorities based on legal risk to Company
  2. Manages and responds to all issues raised through the Global and Regional Ethics Hotlines
  3. Develops live and online compliance training and communications
  4. Develops, implements, manages and continuously improves internal controls designed to promote compliance with law and company policy
  5. Identifies and mitigates compliance risks
  6. Point of contact and key advisor for senior executives regarding ethics and compliance matters
  7. Leads compliance focused pre-acquisition due diligence and post-acquisition integration

  • Demonstrates broad and comprehensive understanding of different systems, theories and practices

  • Applies broad industry and commercial awareness to drive financial and operational performance across business unit, department or sub-functions

Qualifications:
Education
  • Doctorate Degree
  • 7 - 10 Years of Experience
