The Director, Global Digital Delivery will reside within the Global Professional Group, a global organization within the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies and reports to the VP Global Professional Group.  This leader is responsible for step changing J&J’s digital capability with experts.  This role understands healthcare and digital landscape macro trends, distills them into a strategy (the what) and operational framework (the how by country).  This leader then works to achieve alignment to action plans in franchises, regions and markets, and leads or oversees activation to ensure delivery of programs and KPIs.  The leader works closely with GPG franchise and region team members, franchise experts and markets themselves, along with IT, digital and professional agencies and vendors to deliver best practices and ensure execution in market and KPI delivery. This leader has the opportunity to drive impactful change at J&J and shape our company into an industry leader at this critical time in healthcare’s digital maturity.  

Responsibilities: 

Articulate GPG’s Digital Strategic Framework, inclusive of what capabilities must be built; Work with IT ,Vendors, forming strategic partnerships and franchise and region leaders, build, pilot and scale those capabilities into lead markets
Lead and develop new HCP digital infrastructure, reflective of digital strategy framework; Modernize & transform Professional engagement by piloting a new non-personal promotion models reflective of the digital framework; Support Development of "digital front and center" assets; Identify and establish relationships with new internal and external partners; Drive the digital capability across all members of GPG group, set baseline, measure progress, measure resultant business impact, and adjust as needed; Lead Pilots, ensure scalability, establish and monitor KPIs toward success benchmarks; Lead 1 Emerging Consumer initiative in Developing Market; Manage Digital Manager (direct report): Via direct report: Oversee digital component of test pilots, ensuring measures in place and pilots are scalable; Support Overall Project Beyond strategy by shaping/improving digital components with industry best practice. 




Qualifications

 A bachelor’s degree is required. 
 An advanced degree is preferred. 
 A degree with a concentration in business or management is preferred. 
 A minimum of 10 years professional experience is required.
 A minimum of 2 years of digital experience is required.
 A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and or sales of consumer/ healthcare product is required 
 Proven experience leading and executing initiatives with proven PNL impact is required. 
 Must be an agile individual, capable of learning quickly and broadly with ability to grow as a leader.
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels, is preferred. 
 Experience with team engaging and commitment is preferred. 
 Visionary leader with strong operational skills is preferred. 
 Demonstrated track record of P&L management is preferred.
 Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and business savvy with strong appreciation for best practices and innovation is preferred.
 Entrepreneurial mind-set and team player is required.  
 Proficiency in data analysis tools and modeling skills is preferred. 
 Up to 25% of north domestic and international travel is required. 
 This position can be located in New Brunswick, NJ or New York, NY.
